Job overview:
The Deal Integration Sr. Analyst will play a highly visible role on the FP&A team supporting the execution of acquisitions and large recruiting deals. You will be responsible for helping the business execute the integration of acquisitions and large recruiting deals onto LPL's platform by providing a financial oversight and expense management support. Through a complete understanding of individual deal economics, the team serves as support to both the FP&A organization and business partners, ensuring that the business can make effective decisions that fall within deal economics, while also acting as the liaison for the CFO and finance leadership.

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location. - Become an expert on all deals in the pipeline, acting as a liaison between FP&A, Corporate Development, business partners, and leadership
- In partnership with the business and other FP&A teams, manage integration expenses within deal budget while ensuring the business can successfully execute
- Challenge business investment proposals and offer alternatives in an effort to prioritize resources
- Create compelling and effective presentations that drive decisions
- Focus on continuous improvement in all financial related processes, leveraging technology and other resources
What are we looking for?

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Economics (or a related quantitative discipline)
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, including variance analysis, budget planning, forecasting and development of business analytics
- Experience building financial models and effectively communicating analysis to support business decision making
- The ideal candidate has a combination of strong business acumen, corporate finance knowledge, and strong communication skills.
- Ability to create accurate, compelling, and effective presentations that drive decisions
