Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Director, Product Security Investigations & Intelligence to join our Global Brand Protection team. The candidate will be expected to report to one of our global J&J sites on a hybrid schedule.DescriptionProduct Security Investigations and Intelligence is a critical capability and significant value-creating component of a comprehensive, company-wide and end-to-end anti-illicit trade strategy.The Director will provide strategic program oversight, investigative direction to teams across all regions, ensure global investigations and cross border trade program efficiency, set the highest ethical and compliance standards across the team and investigative vendors, and align with Global Brand Protection as well as Business strategies to safeguard patient safety and brand equity.Responsibilities:Set global product security investigations and intelligence strategy, value recovery targets, ensure case and intelligence management systems effectiveness, and support field activities (budget, process/training, direction).Lead global Cross Border Trade capability to ensure effective, up to date Customs Recordals, Training to Customs / Law Enforcement, and cross border trade intelligence activities that drive impactful investigative outcomes to disrupt global illicit trade networks.Support external collaboration with industry partners, senior Law Enforcement and Customs officials to optimize collaboration, intelligence sharing and benchmark investigative best practices.Lead on and/or sponsor complex cross regional investigations to drive effective disruption of transnational illicit supply chains.Lead the PSIE Committee and collaborate closely with key Global Brand Protection, Business and Functional leaders to ensure strategic alignment and proactively identify risks to patients and business.Drive Vendor Performance Management process globally.QualificationsA minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required. An advanced postgraduate is preferred.A minimum of 10 years relevant Business, Criminology, Law Enforcement, Finance Audit, Compliance, Legal, Security experience including experience in a supervisory role required.Certifications such as CFE, ASIS.Law Enforcement certifications in the field of investigations and intelligence.Additional languages (Spanish, Mandarin, etc) are a plus.Experience with undercover tactics are preferred but not required.Experience with cybersecurity and/or cyber investigations are a nice to have but not required.MS Office Tools proficiency.Investigations and Intelligence Case Management Systems experience.Fluency in English.Understanding of Law Enforcement and Customs work.Knowledge of counterfeiting, diversion and tampering risks in healthcare.Ability to work and collaborate across organizational boundaries.Budget management and oversight.People leadership / Talent Management.Compensation and BenefitsThe anticipated base pay range for this position is $142,000-$244,950. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year.Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington – up to 56 hours per calendar year.Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year.Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year.Application InformationThis job posting is anticipated to close on September 30, 2024.
