The Collections Manager (internally known as the Cash Magician Manager) will oversee a growing collections team and all invoice collections in a high-volume transactional organization. The “Cash Magician” Manager will be in constant communication with their multi-location team and will use their expertise to develop processes and procedures to drive the efficiency of all collections. If you have a proven track record of successfully leading teams and a passion for delighting customers, this may be the opportunity for you!A Typical Day

Lead the collections team, prioritizing account follow up, and handling escalated customer issuesMaintain strong focus on internal and external customer relationships, recommending and sometimes leading process improvementsLead monthly meetings with sales and customer service across multiple groupsDevelop and implement metrics to monitor collections performance and drive improvementsDirect, train and mentor the collections team in collection strategiesMotivate team to improve cash collections with a goal of improving DSO and reducing past due balancesTo Land This Opportunity

You have a bachelor’s degree in AccountingYou have experience managing a team in a high-volume transaction organizationYou’re highly motivated and organized, with a track record of successYour written and verbal communication skills are top-notch and you’re fluent in EnglishYou’re proficient with all MS Office tools, especially ExcelIf you have experience with ERP systems, Syspro – that’s a bonus!About Your Future Team
