You'll help design and drive the process while partnering closely with sales leaders.Your teamYou will be a cross functional business partner accountable for developing and coaching 4-8 direct reports. Act as a consultant and key business partner for Baxter Business Units to lead and facilitate compensation design, quota allocation initiatives, governance, and Sr. leadership reporting.What you'll be doingLead Quota Development for multiple business verticals totaling ~ $1.5BDesign/Manage ~ 30 commission/contest plansDemonstrate leadership for high functioning project and process teamsAdvanced IC skills in leading and developing compensation design, modelling and performance reporting across multiple functionsAdvanced data analytic mindset and proven history of driving change and enhancing value added products/services across multiple business unitsLead/manage, as directed through assigned acquisition and/or divestiture initiatives to smoothly and seamlessly onboard new applications, teams, and processesProven experience in sponsoring and/or leading continuous improvement initiatives (LEAN) which drive innovation, digital transformation, and development of team membersContribute through direct and indirect team members to foster an environment of problem solvers while motivating and developing bench strength to retain talent and enhance the IC organization.Manage, in conjunction with IC leadership, the prioritization, and execution of internal and cross functional initiatives to enhance IC value add products and services to our customersStrong leadership presence and partnership internally and across functionsMust be seen as a cross functional partner and collaboratorOperate with a continuous improvement mindset to drive a LEAN cultureLead and/or sponsor participate process innovation to develop and identify procedural gaps, drive for improvement, create efficiencies, eliminate waste, and enhance customer satisfactionAdhere to compliance with internal procedures and processesWhat you'll bringBA/BS required OR equivalent work experience8+ years of experience in Finance, Commercial Operations, or related fieldIncentive Compensation experience requiredBroad US franchise business understanding of all facets of Incentive CompensationStrong leadership and project management skillsExperience with advanced analytical models and problem-solving skills requiredStrong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau creator, and downstream data sources requiredDemonstrates ownership and accountability for delivering timely and accurate resultsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAttention to detail and strong organizational skills is essentialEagerness to lead through and develop innovative solutions through the use of digital technologyStrong understanding of Sales Performance Management (SPM) tools such as Xactly and IBM/Varicent preferred
