Kwik Trip, Inc.'s Petroleum Division services our 800+ convenience store locations in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan, Iowa, Illinois, and South Dakota. We are looking for a highly motivated, hard-working, and change orientated support coworker. The primary focus of the Market Coordinator position will be assisting the various departments at Kwik Trip by spending time in each market gathering and analyzing vital information. This position does have the opportunity for growth in a diverse number of departments with the company.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Observe and record fueling traffic and associated usersResearch, identify, and record service offering variablesDevelop efficient methods of data collectionUtilization of manual and multiple technical equipment (laptop, cell phone, ipad, etc.) to input and organize data gatheredClear and constant communication between multiple departments within Kwik TripTravelling throughout Kwik Trip's operating states with focus in the region of location; with over-night stays.Qualifications:
Ability to find success in a changing environmentWillingness to be on the road 2-3 nights per weekSelf-starter with high level of self-confidence and driveAbility to represent and promote Kwik Trip, Inc. in a professional mannerExcellent oral and written communication skillsDemonstrate self-initiativeAbility to work independently or in a team environmentAccurate/detail orientedAbility to multitaskProficiency in Microsoft SuiteStrong time management/organizational skillsPossess strong typing and data entry skillsPossess a valid driver's license with a good driving recordCandidate must currently reside in, or be willing to relocate to the Des Moines, IA area market.
Work Schedule:
Typically, Mon-Thur but it can be variable. Traveling to site destinations with over-night stays.
Full time: Min: 38-40+ hours
