Green House is looking for a Senior Account Director who will act as business & client lead for the Creative Strategy department with strong creative and strategic skills to nurture client relationships and drive business growth. Success in this role demands executional excellence, creative intuition, relationship-building skills, and strategic acumen.We Are Looking For:Strong Client Relationship Management:

The candidate should excel in managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and engagement.Leadership and Strategic Thinking:

The role requires a leader with the ability to provide strategic direction and influence cross-departmental collaboration.Business Acumen and Financial Oversight:

The ideal candidate must have strong business-oriented skills, including commercial acumen and an understanding of how the agency makes money.Creative and Analytical Skills:

A balance between creative intuition and data-driven decision-making is essential.Proactivity and Resilience:

The candidate should be a self-starter who proactively seeks opportunities for growth and improvement.Sales and Business Development:

There is a priority for the candidate to contribute to sales efforts and business development.Cultural Fit and Team Collaboration:

The candidate should align with the company’s culture, demonstrating qualities such as humility and kindness.Process Improvement and Operational Efficiency:
