What is Required (Qualifications):Bachelor’s degree in emergency management, planning, resilience, or related field; master’s degree preferred8+ years of experience working with FEMA Hazard Mitigation Assistance programs8+ years of project management experience, including managing large projectsStrong written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of community resilience and risk management methodologies
