Join our Air Quality team as our new Lead Consultant and work with us to close the gap to a sustainable future.Your new roleAs our new senior lead consultant, you will be part of our interdisciplinary New England team. You will work with all levels of expertise from junior-level team members to members with decades of experience, many of whom are subject matter experts in their fields. Consultants and Managers are part of a continual learning environment where they learn through coaching, mentoring, and on-the-job tasks.Your key responsibilities will be:Estimating air emissions and conducting engineering evaluations of air pollution sourcesConducting computer modeling of air pollution dispersion and analyzing pollution control measuresPerforming statistical and geospatial analyses of air quality dataConducting air monitoring and indoor air quality analysis and preparing air quality permit applicationsCritically reviewing and interpreting local, state, and federal environmental regulationsMaintaining client relationships and managing the development of deliverables to meet client needs in an efficient manner.About youBS/MS in a relevant engineering discipline (chemical, environmental, mechanical, or closely related) or science discipline (atmospheric science, environmental science, chemistry, physics, or closely related).6+ years of relevant air quality permitting and/or air quality compliance experience is requiredStrong mathematical/computational skills including high-level use of spreadsheets and word processing and effective written/verbal communication and organization/analytical skillsExperience recording/writing detailed technical data and reports;Candidates must be willing to travel up to 30% of the time on average during the year and possess a valid driver’s license.
