We are searching for a Global Labor Planning Analyst who will drive operational excellence by providing critical expertise in Labor Planning, Budgeting & Reporting/Analytics! You will create, gather, analyze and visualize data necessary for our stores across the globe to improve their business and serve the consumer. You’ll work collaboratively with key partners to determine reporting and visualization methodologies as well as automating data capture from various sources.You’ll partner with the technology, finance, operations and analytics teams to execute against our strategic roadmap and ensure the success of programs, tools, services and spaces in our retail stores.This role requires a strong combination of financial, analytical, leadership and communication skills. The person we seek will be a self-starter with the tenacity to move ideas into action, and ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure transparency and connectivity. The right candidate will deliver comprehensive, data-driven storytelling incorporating strong analytical thinking and a passion for retail. Success will be measured on the ability to create a vision for our labor reporting foundations and then implement against that strategy by gathering, formatting, automating and visualizing labor data for users across our organizational hierarchy.WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You will work developing specific strategies around Global Labor Planning with responsibilities which include:Build cross-functional partnerships to drive labor planning and reporting while identifying labor and operational opportunities.Assess current labor, data and reporting landscape to determine a data visualization and reporting roadmap.Intuitively visualize data to drive results in relation to labor budgets, labor as a rate of sales, sales per labor hour and other key performance indicators.Recommend and implement data automation for a Global Labor Budgeting tool that will help us align workload in stores to financial targets.WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will partner closely with global/geo finance and labor teams to provide global reporting and analytical support to monitor payroll performance and call out opportunities for improvement. You’ll support global budgeting and forecasting processes while regularly communicating to key partners.WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelor’s degree or higher; or combination of relevant education, experience and training.Advanced experience with Excel, SQL & data visualization (preferably Tableau).High level understanding of end-to-end data architecture and best practices.5 years analytics/reporting experience.Experience working with workforce management (WFM) systems and/or labor budgeting tools.Superior writing, communication, and presentation skills.Ability to work with a high degree of independence while managing upward communication to management.Demonstrated ability to complete quantitative and qualitative analysis.Experience building technical, process and/or program materials.Highly Preferred:
Understanding of retail store systems and equipment recommended.Previous experience working on a global team/across multiple geographies valued.Ability to travel 5% and work occasional early mornings, evenings and weekends.The target hiring compensation range for this role is $44 to $49 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.About Aquent Talent:
