Job Summary Ideate, create and lead execution of event promotion and marketing materials such as key art, style guides, digital, and print alongside the Head of Creative. Execute imaginative and original design creation, capable of coordinating collaborative efforts with both internal and external teams for large scale festivals, venues, shows, one-offs, special events, and special projects. Review and apply in-depth knowledge of graphic design and branding with senior and mid-level graphic designers to produce engaging creative, support brand strategy and convey a project's unique message.

Essential Functions

Determine the best way to represent a concept visually.

Articulate vision and develop an artistic approach by creating mood boards and leveraging graphic design skillset.

Confer with supervisor to determine objectives, background information, and presentation approaches, styles, and techniques to successfully convey a project’s unique message and create engaging content to achieve our business goals.

Proactively collaborate with designers, marketers, stakeholders, and content teams by email, virtual and in-person meetings to create internal team and cross-functional department efficiency.

Ensure on-time delivery by efficiently managing multiple projects and maintaining high-quality standards to streamline the approval process, contributing to overall project success and client satisfaction.

Advise graphic designers on design best practices and organizational skills to allocate accountability and increase project output.

Special projects as directed by the executive team.

Research current trends and new technology such as printing production techniques, computer software, and design trends to stay updated with industry design standards and advance our creative processes.

Participate in company and office events such as festivals and venue visits to build camaraderie and enhance team relationships, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Required Qualifications

BA/BS Degree (4-year) in Art, Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a similar field.

6-8 years of related work experience.

Advanced knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), project management software (Atlassian Jira preferred).

Advanced understanding of graphic design, typography, and contemporary art.

Ability to prioritize and be organized.

Excellent leadership, management skills, and presentation skills.

Strong interpersonal, as well as verbal and written communication skills.

Passion for music and festivals preferred.

Pay Scale: $102,528 - $161,643
