Long Island Speech Responsibilities:
Generate, edit, publish, and share content daily across multiple social media platforms to promote all 9 offices. Design and produce marketing collateral. Organize internal marketing incentives and events to boost patient retention. Spearhead community outreach initiatives, i.e., trade shows, charity events, festivals, chamber events, and coordinate all aspects such as ordering branded swag, promotional materials, negotiating pricing, set-up, execution, break-down, post-event evaluations, budgets, etc. Assist with patient engagement such as online reviews and social media interactions. Identify and analyze competitors and conceptualize marketing strategies to stay ahead of the curve. Develop relationships with practitioners across Long Island by educating them about our services via in-person visits and meetings and setting up Lunch & Learns to promote referral relationships and following up to maintain those relationships. Track the progress of all promotional efforts with the Marketing Director. Collaborate with other departments and office locations to manage company reputation and coordinate promotions. Spot Pal Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve company sales targets. Present, demonstrate, and effectively communicate the benefits of our medical devices to healthcare professionals and/or other potential business partners. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and market dynamics. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and reports. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve issues. Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events as required. Qualifications:
Must work at the Stony Brook office and travel to all other office locations across Long Island when needed. This position is not remote. Strong familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.). Proficient with Canva Pro. Ability to work independently as well as collaborate as a group. Unmatched customer service skills. Solid computer skills, including MS Office, Google Drive, web analytics, and Google AdWords. Must be able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends. Must have a driver’s license and car. Highly motivated with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Possess project management and problem-solving skills. Strong networking skills to build relationships with clients for the practice and customers for our products. Must exude a professional demeanor at all times. Proven work experience as a marketing coordinator, sales coordinator, or similar role. Excellent communication and presentation skills. BS degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field. Benefits:
