Partner with Product and Engineering leads to innovate and execute on initiatives, including an ongoing system re-architectureGuide your team through creating and executing a shared technical vision for deliverability systemsGrow your team by coaching and developing engineers and by attracting and hiring top talentEnsure processes scale with the team as it growsObsess about the reliability, maintainability, observability, and performance of the systems your team ownsContribute to engineering-wide initiativesWhat skills and experience do you need?
Experience building highly reliable, highly observable, highly performant systemsClear, structured thinking and excellent communication skillsHave successfully coached engineers and helped them advance to the next levelStrong track record of running teams that deliver projects of significant complexityAbility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative, low-ego and high-growth environment; you work well with all kinds of personalities and with teams across multiple geographiesWhy is this role special?
