ABA employees are eligible to apply for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF).The Application Support Analyst for our Association Management System (AMS), Personify, will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and support of the Personify platform. This role requires an understanding of association management processes, technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with AMS users and other IT members to ensure the AMS meets the organization's needs. This role is responsible for ensuring the AMS enables core membership processes: committees, products, order management, billing, email lists, email marketing, discussion lists, and payment processing.Configuration and Customization:Configure and customize the AMS to align with the organization's requirements.Implement new modules, features, and enhancements.Develop and maintain workflows, reports, and dashboards.System Administration:Support efforts to ensure system reliability, performance, and security.Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions.Participate in releases to Production environment and changes to Test environments.Data Management:Participate in projects to migrate data, improve data integrity, and integrate the AMS with other systems.Comply with data management best practices.Create and execute SQL to correct data irregularities.Perform regular audits and data quality checks, as directed.Technical Support:Provide technical support to end-users, addressing and resolving system issues.Perform root cause analysis, determine the best course of action, and execute the resolution.Create and maintain documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.Training and Development:Conduct training sessions for staff on the use of Personify AMS.Stay current on the latest AMS trends/technologies, conduct benchmarking/external assessment, and recommend improvements.Perform other related duties as required.Required Education, Qualifications, ExperiencePossession of a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a concentration in a related field, or four years directly relevant experience.Minimum 2 years of experience related to a majority of the essential functions of the role: Configuration and Customization, System Administration, Data Management, Technical Support, and Training/Development.Strong technical background with proficiency in SQL, scripting, and system integrations.Solid understanding of data analysis and reporting tools.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to effectively communicate technical content to a general audience.Demonstrated ability to adhere to project scope, objectives, and quality standards.Preferred Education, Qualifications, ExperiencePrior work with Association Management Systems (AMS)Relevant technical certifications (i.e. ITIL 4, CompTIA)Prior roles in Application SupportExperience with software used for email lists and email marketing (i.e. Maestro and ListServ
