Job Responsibilities:
Provides oversight of the productivity of Mental Health Skill Building Services and staff, including management of all outstanding paperwork for all cases.Ensures development and completion of documentation is timely and in compliance.Ensures staffing schedules are maintained and appropriate coverage is provided.Provides coverage for absent staff as needed.Assures that all clients are treated with dignity and respect.Responsible for maintaining professional, informative, and appropriate communication with families, colleagues, and members of the community.Conducts regular meetings with assigned staff, completes evaluations, and provides training as needed.Provides oversight of the accountability of paperwork receivable; performs weekly reviews of QA spreadsheet and follows up on any outstanding paperwork.Completes all Service Authorizations for mental health skill building services as needed.Completes mental health skill building annual reassessments and six-month reassessments as needed.Completes clinical assessments and all components as needed.Maintains regular and prompt communication with clinicians, supervisors, and licensed staff regarding the status of program area and areas for improvement.Maintains effective time management skills and functions with minimal supervision.Assures clients are informed of their human rights.Maintains contact with referring agency as needed.Attends staff meetings, clinical training, and supervision meetings.Possesses physical strength to restrain clients if necessary.Maintains confidentiality of all client and employee information.Maintains excellent attendance to serve as a role model.Job Type:
