The software consolidates procurement processes into a single, customizable platform that integrates seamlessly with existing enterprise tools, streamlining requisitions, supplier management, RFQ handling, purchase approvals, and order management. By bringing all procurement and supply chain management functions together, Datum helps the deep tech leaders of tomorrow operate more efficiently, reduce errors, and accelerate time to market.ResponsibilitiesLead the design process for complex products and features from concept to launchFind creative ways to ship high-quality work in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, resource-constrained startup environment. Manage multiple projects simultaneously.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, and GTMCreate user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designsConduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisionsDevelop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across productsMentor junior designers and contribute to the growth of the design teamConduct user research & experiments to understand user behaviors and motivationsRequirements5+ years of experience in product design, preferably in SaaS or B2B productsStrong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design processFigma expertExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, startup environmentBachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)Willingness to relocate to Los Angeles metro, hybrid or remote work with travel (15%+) considered.Preferred QualificationsExperience in aerospace, defense, or manufacturing industriesKnowledge of design for complex systems or enterprise softwareFamiliarity with agile development methodologiesUnderstanding of front-end development principles$171,000 - $250,000 a yearThis is the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
