The Nevada State Democratic Party is looking for enthusiastic and passionate
Regional GOTV Directors
for the Final Stretch. The Regional GOTV Directors will work as part of a team facilitating cross-departmental collaboration to support in executing and coordinating direct voter contact efforts. The main responsibility will be to execute the GOTV program that will work to elect Democrats up and down the ticket. The ideal applicant works well in fast-paced environments, and can effectively communicate within our team and across departments.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
Execute the statewide GOTV plan in partnership with our Organizing, Voter Protection, Data, Training, Operations, and Political teams.
Assist the GOTV Director in planning logistics with the Operations team to ensure we have the resources prepared and necessary to win in your designated area of the state.
Execute necessary GOTV programs in designated areas of the state, including statewide packet production and distribution.
Work with the GOTV Director to ensure that regional GOTV goals, Direct Voter Contact efforts, and program needs are aligned with statewide GOTV plans.
Track and manage staging locations and office preparedness for GOTV in designated areas of state.
Monitor and respond to all GOTV-related needs within the campaign.
Assist with and manage the ballot assistance program throughout the state.
Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned by the GOTV Director and with other programs.
Preferred Background and Experience
Previous Organizing Experience strongly preferred
Familiarity with Votebuilder/VAN
Excellent communicator and problem-solver
The ability to coordinate logistics
Ability to be agile and work in high-pressure, rapidly changing circumstances
The ability to speak compellingly about campaign issues and inspire others
Competence with G Suite

Benefits and Compensation
Full-time, salaried position at the rate of $5,500 per month through November 15th
100% employer-sponsored health, dental, and vision insurance
Location and Travel
This is a full-time position requiring in-person, on-site work in Las Vegas, Nevada, running through November 15th, 2024. We encourage all qualified applicants to apply, especially Nevadans. There is no relocation budget for these positions. Access to a personal vehicle is required.
