Infrastructure Engineering Manager
to join our growing team!Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for the design and maintenance of On-Premise Data Centers as well as IAAS, PAAS, and SAAS functions in Microsoft Azure and Enterprise Networking for both. Their primary objective will be to create a service delivery structure that is automation driven using a DevOps mindset.Manage Infrastructure Operations and Enterprise Networking teams.Manage vendor relations and contracts for on premise datacenter, networking, MSP (Managed Service Provider), and others as needed.Create a standards-based and documented approach to Infrastructure Operations.Drive automation and configuration management processes for Infrastructure Platform Services.Lead Infrastructure project management.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, or High School diploma with 7-10 years of equivalent experience in a similar role.Previous leadership experience within an infrastructure role.Experience in cloud environments including Azure - design, management, and governance experience – PAAS\SAAS.Infrastructure automation and configuration management experience.IAAS Management experience - On premise Data Center and Cloud.Benefits:Competitive Compensation401(k) MatchEmployee Stock Purchase ProgramTuition ReimbursementLearning and Development OpportunitiesStrong Inclusion and Diversity InitiativesWe’re a different kind of chemistry company because we see our people as our biggest assets. $134,400.00 - $210,000.00. The pay range and incentives listed above is a general guideline based on the primary location of this job only and not a guarantee of total compensation. Factors considered in extending a compensation offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, and alignment with market data.
