The Position:
This meaningful opportunity allows personal lines professionals to work with a top-notch team and build strong relationships. In this role, you will be servicing personal lines accounts, maintaining client files, assisting high-net-worth clients, and organizing policy data, all while providing exceptional customer service.
What we need from you:
3+ years as a Personal Lines Client Manager for an
independent insurance brokerage
Property & Casualty License
Established relationships with carriers
Process new and renewal policies
Assist with billing, reporting claims and cancellations
Process Evidence of Insurance, loss runs, and motor vehicle reports
Comfortable with communicating with the clients to discuss coverage issues
Process endorsement requests through carriers' website or the insurance company
Continue to stay up to date with carriers' underwriting requirements and market availability
