Must be able to develop cost estimates for all project phases, including design and construction cost estimates at various stages of design (e.g., 30%, 60%, 90%, 100%); bid analysis/reconciliation; and change order estimates.
Proficiency with multiple discipline-specific software applications such as HeavyBid (HCSS), On-Screen Takeoff (OST), RSMeans, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Applications.
Responsibilities:
Develop estimates in line with project WBS so that estimating data can seamlessly transfer for schedule development.
Support in maintenance of estimating systems to keep them current with the latest versions – OST, HCSS, RSMeans, Bluebeam, and others.
Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Senior Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction estimating and cost control. The Senior Estimator will play a key role in negotiating contracts, managing projects, and ensuring accurate pricing.
Pay:
$40.00 - $60.00 per hour
