This individual will play a crucial role in the planning, coordination, and execution of MEP projects from conception to completion. As a project engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and ensure the successful delivery of high quality MEP systems in accordance with industry standards and client needs. In this role, you will be responsible for providing MEP engineering design and drafting under the supervision of the lead engineer. You will have the ability to lead and manage yourself, work within large project teams, and adhere to project schedules and budgets. The role involves handling minor to intermediate levels of design across various systems, including:Mechanical:

Flow diagramsHeat Load CalculationsStatic Pressure CalculationsEquipment sizingDuctwork SizingResponsibilities include:Performing work involving the application of all conventional aspects of electrical/mechanical/plumbing engineering to the functional area of assignment.Developing detailed engineering designs for MEP systems with project specifications, codes, and standards.Preparing engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations.Collaborating closely with architects, structural engineers, and other key members to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems within overall project designs.Staying informed of best practices to ensure MEP systems comply with relevant standards.Required experience:2+ years experience with Mechanical Building systems.Experience in Revit and AutoCAD.Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.EIT Preferred.
