Sales Organization Description:Our Sales Organization is made up of various business segments that sell across multiple verticals. Our Business Development Representative (BDR) team focuses on generating new business and whitespace pipeline through prospecting outbound opportunities.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Generate new business pipeline primarily through prospecting outbound opportunities.

Manage inbound leads driven by outbound effort.

Nurture early-stage opportunities.

Gain interest through outbound cold calling across existing Salesforce customers.

Partner with core sellers to identify and source new pipeline.

Identify key decision makers within new accounts.

Preferred Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or related field.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience researching, account planning, prospecting, and cold calling.

Proven track record of achieving sales metrics.

Compensation:

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $54,015 to $72,280.
