Emerging and Disruptive Technology Analyst

Responsibilities:Analyze and assess emerging and future technology and its military application(s) by foreign states and non-statesProduce assessments projecting the discovery, development, and deployment of advanced technologiesProduce intelligence supporting the production of the National Security Threat Capabilities AssessmentProduce assessments on insights driven by trends, futures and understanding of networks (cyber) and their incorporation into targeted multi-domain activitiesMaintains cognizance of events occurring both within the US government systems and internationally to identify possible relationships to established knowledge baseIdentify threat knowledge gaps and intelligence shortfalls related to EDT, and validate existing collection strategy, requirements, and methodology including counter-effects effortsAssess other countries various stages of EDT research, development, testing and evaluationRequirements:

Bachelor's degree preferred, with 8+ years of experience as a HUMINT Targeting Specialist or another agency/organizational equivalentPrior experience supporting enabling operations, either identifying and creating the opportunities or supporting ongoing operationsCertification from the any of the following courses below (or their Title 50 equivalent): Fundamental HUMINT Targeting Course (FHTC), Advanced HUMINT Targeting Course or Target Network Profiling Course (TNPC), Operational HUMINT Targeting Course (OHTC)Current TS/SCI w/CI polygraphDesired Qualifications:

Previous experience supporting enabling operations to include AFO/OPEPrevious HUMINT operational background directly supporting and/or conducting full-spectrum strategic HUMINT operations (above MSO)Previous experience providing HUMINT support to TF or SOFPrevious support to Strategic Intelligence Collection against Hard Target (non-CT) issues
