Specialty : Hematology/OncologyStart Date : ASAP (upon credentialing)Shift Type : Day ShiftsShift Description : Monday through Friday, 8-hour day shiftsPractice Setting : Both inpatient and outpatient settingsNumber of Physicians in Practice : 3Radiation Oncologists : 4 full-time Radiation Oncologists on staffAdvanced Practice Providers (APPs) : 5 full-time APPsClinical Areas : Hematology (50%), Oncology (50%) in both outpatient and inpatient settingsTrauma Level/Designation : Community HospitalDocumentation System/EMR : EpicResponsibilities:
Inpatient & Outpatient Coverage : Provide comprehensive care in both settings, handling a mix of hematology and oncology cases.Clinical Duties : Manage patient care, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up in both hematology and oncology.Requirements:
Board Certification : Required in Medical Oncology or Hematology/Oncology.Certifications : ACLS certification is required.State License : An active New York state medical license is required.Credentialing Timeframe : Estimated at 1 month.Conversion Rate Cap : $25,000.Reimbursement : The facility will cover flight, hotel, and mileage billed at the IRS standard rate.Additional Information:
