Duties

Incumbent is responsible for data entry and information processing of a web-based work order tracking system for the City of Bloomington Public Works Department -Street Division. Assists in the recordkeeping and assists the general public with inquiries. Other duties as required.Job Requirements

High school education or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.Ability to use modern office equipment including web-based PC, various computer software, copier, fax, telephone.Comfortable in a customer service type positionBe self-motivated and have the ability to interact and work well with co-workers and publicStrong organizational skillsAbility to keep up with a high demand of data entry processingAbility to follow oral and written directionMust have strong verbal communication and computer skills.
