Senior Consultant, PIM and eCommerce practice

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Technology Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our growing PIM and ecommerce practice, you will leverage your eCommerce and data management expertise to help clients build industry-leading product experiences across eCommerce, mobile, print, brick-and-mortar, and marketplace channels. You will collaborate with top global brands across a diverse range of Retail, Manufacturing, and Distributor clients to develop innovative solutions. In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and processes, analyze requirements, and facilitate the successful implementation of PIM software solutions. Acting as the bridge between the client’s business teams and our technical implementation team, you will ensure that all project objectives are met and that the PIM system aligns with the client’s strategic goals.

Job Responsibilities

Participate in setting engagement objectives and scopeLead business and functional requirement sessionsDocument requirements and develop process flows to depict business processesConfiguration of the PIM platformLead efforts to develop and execute testing, including developing testing documentationParticipate in the sales cycle as needed (solution definition, pre-sales, demos, estimating and project planning)Produce Client deliverables (business requirements, solution design documentation, project status reports, project plans)Present findings and recommendations to client leadershipProvide guidance to junior team members in all phases of the projectRequirements

Preferred Senior Consultant candidates to have at least one year of hands-on experience working on the PIM spacePreferred Senior Consultant candidates to have at least one year of experience working in professional servicesPrior experience providing service excellence by identifying key client business issues, determining client needs, and developing recommendations for the client in the context of the overall engagementCandidate should have direct experience working on and leading PIM ProjectsProactive desire to continue to broaden and deepen business and consulting skillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsAttention to detail and solid problem-solving skillsAbility to work well both individually and within a teamComfortable working in a small company and a fast-paced environmentMust have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceCandidates must be eligible to work in the United States without limitation
