Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced sales professional to join our UK sales team. In this role, you will be instrumental in generating new business for a suite of advanced financial products, including FX Connect, Fund Connect, BestX, TradeNeXus, and Currenex. You will leverage your comprehensive knowledge of the sales process to drive new business through opportunities identification, client presentations, navigating commercial and legal frameworks, and conducting workshops. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders while demonstrating thought leadership and market insight will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities

Generate New Revenue: Identify and secure new clients, manage the sales process from prospecting to closing, including RFPs, negotiations, and ensuring smooth implementation.

Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust pipeline, aligning with regional sales strategies and growth objectives.

Client and Market Insight: Understand client challenges, market trends, and product needs to drive revenue and support product development.

Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborate with internal teams to address client queries, prioritize effectively, and communicate value propositions.

Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador at industry events and conferences, fostering market connections and new business opportunities.

Compliance and Risk Management: Adhere to internal and external regulations, follow escalation procedures, and maintain a high standard of risk management.

KYC/AML Process: Ensure compliance with KYC/AML procedures during client onboarding.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: Minimum of 7 years in sales with a strong background in trading solutions and/or technology sales, particularly with banks, asset managers, and hedge funds.

Skills: Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple processes and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge: Deep understanding of technology-driven financial solutions and asset classes relevant to the role.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
