A well-established legal practice with multiple offices is seeking a Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join their Legal 500 firm in Farnborough. The team and wider firm are recognised for their high-quality work.This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who is interested in drafting legal documentation and undertaking legal research on a mixed caseload that is already established.Duties will include:
Drafting commercial contracts, agreements, and other legal documentation.Assisting Partners with drafting documentation on large transactions.Undertaking legal research and in-depth analysis of case law, statutes, and regulations.Desired skills:
A qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2-4 years of PQE +.Be able to work with minimal supervision.Have a very high level of technical competence when drafting commercial contracts and other corporate commercial documentation.What they offer:
Salary depending on experience: £55K - £65K.25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.Commission for staff referrals.Enhanced Maternity, Paternity, and Adoption Package.Access to employee discount platform.Company pension.
