Identify facts and spot major legal issues through communication with business unitsReview legal risks, discover alternatives, and present opinions through legal research and analysisWhen necessary, consult with outside counsel and analyze their opinionsReport legal opinions as well as practical alternatives to business units and key decision makers for informed decision
Conduct strategic planningThrough close communication with the Division leader, set directions, draft and implement plans for various issues within the Division to achieve best resultsConsult and facilitate agreements between and among relevant departmentsPrepare various materials and reports (Powerpoint, Excel, and Word) required to support progress of the projectsQualificationsLicensed attorney in good standing in the jurisdiction(s) admitted with 3+ years of experience preferredMust be Bilingual in English and KoreanMust have experience in drafting, proofreading and redlining legal documentsExperience in practicing law, handling civil litigation or trial cases preferredMust have positive attitude and ability to develop and implement new ideas to create customized solution on client-by-client basisMust have excellent written and verbal communication skillsMust have excellent organizational skills, be analytical and able to multitaskMust be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
