2406207568WDescriptionJohnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Director, Product Security Investigations & Intelligence to join our Global Brand Protection team. The candidate will report to one of our global J&J sites on a hybrid schedule.Product Security Investigations and Intelligence is a critical capability and significant value-creating component of a comprehensive, company-wide anti-illicit trade strategy.Responsibilities:Set global product security investigations and intelligence strategy, value recovery targets, ensure case and intelligence management systems effectiveness, and support field activities.Lead global Cross Border Trade capability to ensure effective Customs Recordals, Training to Customs/Law Enforcement, and cross border trade intelligence activities.Support external collaboration with industry partners, senior Law Enforcement and Customs officials to optimize collaboration and intelligence sharing.Lead and/or sponsor complex cross-regional investigations to disrupt transnational illicit supply chains.Drive Vendor Performance Management process globally.Qualifications:A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced postgraduate degree is preferred.A minimum of 10 years relevant experience in Business, Criminology, Law Enforcement, Finance Audit, Compliance, Legal, or Security, including experience in a supervisory role.Certifications such as CFE, ASIS are preferred.Law Enforcement certifications in investigations and intelligence.Additional languages (Spanish, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.Experience with undercover tactics is preferred but not required.Experience with cybersecurity and/or cyber investigations is a nice to have.Fluency in English is required.Understanding of Law Enforcement and Customs work.Knowledge of counterfeiting, diversion, and tampering risks in healthcare.Ability to work and collaborate across organizational boundaries.Budget management and oversight.People leadership/Talent Management.Compensation and Benefits:The anticipated base pay range for this position is $142,000-$244,950. This position is eligible for an annual performance bonus and various company-sponsored employee benefit programs.This job posting is anticipated to close on September 30, 2024.
