Content Creator
will add fire power to our creative outputs, inspire award-winning work, and guide our clients to innovate and succeed in a social-first world. They will work closely with strategy, creative, and production on a day-to-day basis.
Responsibilities:
Participate in creative briefings and brainstorms to inform monthly content calendars across assigned clients;Develop original concepts designed to meet clients’ strategic objectives & brand standards on TikTok and Instagram;Edit your content and apply things like text overlays, emojis, motion graphics, and trending music;Create and capture on-the-fly photos and short videos for brands to use on their social media channels;Work closely with social strategists to create copy as needed;Quickly identify emerging trends on TikTok, Instagram, and other emerging social platforms (audio, video, etc.) that can benefit our clients and develop content that aligns with these trends;Shoot photo and video content for clients as assigned by the Account & Strategy team;Provide edits to photos and video content as needed;Think creatively and translate those ideas into engaging pieces of digital content.Requirements:
1-4 years of experience working in social marketing in a Creator/Maker role;Proven experience making social-first content - especially video - for well-known brands;Expert understanding of all major social platforms, their formats and their features - especially TikTok and Instagram;Strong video editing skills including expertise in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Final Cut Pro;The ability to receive feedback graciously and the flexibility to act on it. You know how to adjust to changing dynamics and inputs;Deep understanding of how people behave on social media, and how they use it to interact with culture, personal interests, and brands;Technical knowledge of major & emerging social platforms, including their products, user interfaces, and publishing tools;Familiarity with platforms’ paid media capabilities, including ad products, technical specs, and creative best practices;Strong writer, with a taste for creative collaboration and experimentation;Experience with data & analytics, and how learnings are used to inspire and optimize creativity;Familiarity with social listening tools and practices;Food category experience is a plus.Additional Skills:
