Our client, a well-established global supplement company, is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our executive team and lead the financial operations of our international natural supplement company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex financial structures across multiple entities and a deep understanding of the global health and wellness industry.Responsibilities:Financial Strategy and Planning

Develop and implement long-term financial strategies to support the company's global growth objectivesLead annual budgeting and forecasting processes across all entitiesAnalyze market trends and economic conditions to guide investment decisions and risk managementFinancial Management and Reporting

Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, treasury, tax, and financial reportingEnsure compliance with international financial regulations and reporting standardsPrepare and present financial reports to the Board of Directors and key stakeholdersMergers and Acquisitions

Evaluate potential acquisition targets and partnerships to expand our global presenceLead due diligence processes and negotiate financial terms for M&A activitiesCapital Management

Optimize the company's capital structure and manage relationships with investors and financial institutionsOversee fundraising initiatives and explore innovative financing optionsOperational Efficiency

Collaborate with other executives to improve operational efficiency and profitability across all entitiesImplement and maintain robust financial systems and controlsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a CFO or equivalent roleProven experience in managing finances for international companies with multiple entitiesStrong knowledge of the natural supplement or health and wellness industry a plusExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsOutstanding communication and leadership abilitiesExperience with mergers and acquisitions, and international tax planningProficiency in financial management software and ERP systemsKey Competencies:Strategic thinking and business acumenGlobal perspective and cultural sensitivityAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentEthical leadership and integrityInnovation and adaptability in financial managementCompensation:
