The program will facilitate participants development of essential interpersonal and technical skills, and position associates for future career success and leadership opportunities. Associates will work alongside seasoned professionals, fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture while contributing to impactful projects, and become immersed in Lennars culture through onboarding (including a visit to a Lennar Community), hands-on training, and team building. Upon program completion, high-performing RCGs will have the opportunity to continue in their current role or another internal role within Technology. Responsibilities:? Understand business needs and provide practical solutions to internal stakeholders, clients, and customers by conducting interviews to solicit requirements, performing data and document analysis, surveys, shadow sessions, and moreConduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end-usersResearch potential business opportunities and/or changes to meet business goals within budgetWrite project and system requirement specifications using language that is clear, concise, and encompassing for a diverse audienceParticipate in new technology upgrades and testing of system enhancementsAssist in developing process maps and workflow diagrams Requirements:Graduating from a 4-year College or University between December 2024 and May 2025Working towards a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or similar fieldMust be authorized to work in the United StatesExperience in project planning and management Experience compiling and analyzing metrics to identify trends and efficienciesExperience in financial reporting Experience connecting data or software through APIs Hunger to learn in a complex and fast-paced environment with a positive attitude, both as part of a team and individuallyStrong critical thinking skills and self-directed and innovative mindsetInterest in solving complex problems and investing the time and energy to overcome roadblocks and learn from mistakesAbility to deliver value in an ambiguous environment, including various work assignments and changing prioritiesAbility to meaningfully contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of state-of-the-art technology applicationsAbility to build and sustain working relationships with both business and IT professionals while focusing on the needs of customers and consumersCompletion of Lennar Technology Internship or other relevant technology internship with strong performance (preferred) Life at LennarAt Lennar, Everythings Included in our homes, and Everyones Included on our team.
