The Bleeding Disorder Territory Manager is responsible for enhancing Soleo Health's hemophilia and other bleeding disorders program by increasing patient referrals, patient retention, and overall customer satisfaction. The Bleeding Disorders Territory Manager will develop and execute the strategic market plan to achieve the business objectives and budget expectations for the Sales Territory.

Responsibilities Include:

Develops new accounts and services existing accounts, obtains new business by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential referral sources or customers to meet territory and Company Bleeding Disorders financial goalsEducates patients, community members, and physician referral sources about the products and services offered by the CompanyMaintains frequent value-added contact (via telephone and in person) with existing and new customers to introduce Company services, provide ongoing support and education, evaluate customer needs, and encourage patient loyaltyActively engages in continuous learning and is viewed as an industry expert and trusted advisor to patients and customersMonitors competition by gathering current marketplace changes and opportunitiesMaintains contact database and relationships of HTC, Mfg, Product, Chapter, and additional bleeding disorders community resources using the Company CRM systemKeeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, and territory business plans work plansResolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to managementParticipates in bleeding disorders local, regional, and national events, and professional organizations to increase company visibility and to achieve sales and profit goalsActively follows a comprehensive results-driven strategy in order to meet or exceed established patient recruitment and retention goalsLeverages understanding of the healthcare market and relies on interpersonal relationship-building skills to effectively recapture former patientsMaintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent industry experience.High School Diploma or EquivalentMinimum of five (5) years health care experience including three (3) years in a sales or customer advocate role.Broad knowledge of bleeding disorder community, specialty pharmacy and infusion sales and customer service experience.Driven to produce results, works independently, self-starter, team player, communicates effectively with internal team members, problem solver, and passion to make a difference.Customer Service, Motivation for Sales, Meeting Sales Goals, Closing Skills, Territory Management, Prospecting Skills, Negotiation, Self-Confidence, Product Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Client RelationshipsAbout Us:
