The Department of Business Law and Ethics at the Kelley School of Business is seeking a motivated and organized individual. This role will primarily focus on assisting with exam preparation, coordination, and proctoring.
Department-Specific ResponsibilitiesAssists in the preparation and organization of exam materials (e.g., printing, copying, assembling exams).Coordinates exam schedules, ensuring rooms and resources are properly arranged.Serves as an exam proctor, ensuring exams are conducted fairly and according to department policies.Handles confidential materials and maintains academic integrity.Communicates with faculty, staff, and students regarding exam logistics.Provides general administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and responding to email inquiries related to exams.Qualifications
EDUCATION
Required
High school diploma or equivalent (such as HSED or GED)WORK EXPERIENCE
Preferred
Experience in an academic or administrative settingSKILLS
Required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic office equipmentAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWorking Conditions / Demands
Approximately 20 hours per week
Flexible scheduling based on exam periods and departmental needs.
