Responsibilities
Must be an A+ 3D garment stylistMust be able to sew garments in V-Stitcher and stylizeAble to modify existing pattern shapes to fit garment and create new stylesMeasure 3D patterns to check specifications and creating 3D fit chartsCreate and implement best practices for 3D design software (Browzwear focused)Use PLM to manage technical specs & construction, technical sketches, fit comments and grade rules from Design hand-off to Production.Manage fast fashion production timelines and adhere to calendar deadlines for on-time delivery of product.Communicate daily with cross functional teams and factories regarding all issues pertinent to accurate execution of samples throughout development and fit process.Assist in creating grade rules for new product categories and management of existing grade rules.Maintain Library of 3DTrain others in the use of Browzwear.Stay current on developing software.Requirements
Previous experience using 3D garment visualization technology with a focus on V-StitcherKnowledge of pattern making and garment constructionStrong background in correcting fit for both knit and woven garments - childrenswear experience a plusMust be highly organized and detail orientedExcellent communication and follow through skillsMust be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentMust be proactive with a solution/result-oriented attitudeBachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related fieldPassion of design technology and innovationV-Stitcher, Excel, Word Outlook, and PowerPoint

Salary Range: $
