Job Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator for StrideCare will support all aspects of the corporate StrideCare brand, as well as the multiple service lines and geographies served by the healthcare portfolio. The Marketing Coordinator will support campaigns and team members in marketing, communications, patient, and physician outreach to drive growth in patient volume from both B2B and D2C sources.

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for managing a variety of initiatives designed to enhance the brand and/or patient experience – thus engaging new patients and retaining existing ones. Typical projects and scope of work will include graphic design of marketing materials, print fulfillment of materials, patient database marketing, internal and external communications (including management of company’s social media accounts), digital signage, and support of digital programs such as reputation management platforms, CRM, and location/provider search optimization.

The position requires strategic and creative thinking, excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task amid a busy and changing environment, a proven ability to create engaging and inspiring content, and demonstrated strength in graphic design programs (specifically – InDesign, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and Canva.) The position will be based out of the company’s Support Center, located on Merit Drive in Dallas, Texas, and will report to the Director of Marketing, Special Services, and the Marketing Manager, who oversee all areas of corporate and service line marketing.

These duties are to be carried out within StrideCare’s policies and applicable laws including but not limited to performance reviews, expense management, time management, teamwork, conflict resolution, and addressing any issues or concerns, where appropriate.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities:

The right candidate will have a minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience with marketing, ideally within the healthcare sector, to include:

Design and create brochures, flyers, posters, and patient education materials.Support clinic, sales team, or marketing needs regarding business materials and/or marketing materials needed, including management of an online ordering site for these materials.Develop an editorial calendar and engaging content which inspires followership and new patient volume from both organic and paid social media campaigns.Review inventory of local marketing or promotional materials, placing re-orders as needed to stay ahead of team/patient/referring physician needs.Order and distribute promotional items, literature, clinic materials and displays – and respond to internal team member requests for existing or new products.Assist with marketing, promotions, community events and health fair activities.Review and respond to incoming emails or inquiries to marketing@stridecare.com (internal) or contact us/form fill inquiries through our company website (stridecare.com.)Manage and maintain location and provider profiles to optimize the accuracy and dominance of online search through platforms like Yext, Xamplifier, and Birdeye.Manage and maintain location and provider profiles on our reputation management platform (rater8) to drive stronger online review generation and increase patient feedback through NPS surveys.Coordinate D2C and B2B campaigns to engage patients and referring providers.Utilize Monday.com platform for ticketing and project management to maintain an effective and efficient workflow amongst a remote team of marketing professionals.Work creatively to continue to enhance the patient experience so that StrideCare and its affiliate brands continue to differentiate themselves from the competition.Work in close collaboration with members of all StrideCare marketing, physician outreach, and patient outreach to ensure continuity of care and service to the entire StrideCare organization.Create and update PowerPoint presentations to educate internal and external audiences about StrideCare people, services, and business performance.Ensure brand alignment in the development of all marketing and/or sales collateral (D2C and B2B) for both internal and external audiences.Responsible for organizing and maintaining marketing files and materials (print, digital, promotional.)Other tasks as assigned by the marketing team to include event planning, promotions preparation and distribution, and internal communication campaigns designed to build a positive culture for all StrideCare team members.Required Skills / Abilities:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.Minimum of 2 to 3 years of related experience, preferably in healthcareExcellent time management and organizational skills demonstrating prowess at project management.Must have experience and skill with creative design applications including Adobe Creative Suite, In Design, Illustrator, Canva, PowerPoint, video, and/or photo editing.Must have experience using suite of Microsoft Office Products including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.Preferred experience using a CRM tool such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.Demonstrated strength in visual communications (storytelling through a blend of excellent page layout and design, combined with engaging copy.)Ability for limited travel within major markets across the State of Texas (minimal – less than 10%). Primary position is based in Dallas.Experience within healthcare is a plus, including demonstrated knowledge and experience with healthcare, insurance, and billing practices, compliance, HIPAA, enticement, anti-kickback, and other referral-based guidelines unique to the healthcare industry.Physical Requirements:
