Sales Director - Seattle

AdTheorent is recruiting an individual contributor sales executive, who will be responsible for continuing and creating new sales momentum across the West Coast among Tier II - III agencies (as a focus) and/or client direct. Candidate should have experience in the digital media space either working for an agency or selling digital media solutions as a managed and self-service offering. The ideal person should be driven, focused on relationship building, consultative selling and closing deals.
Responsibilities:
Proactively identifies new revenue opportunities; drives account growth and profitability acceleration including new business, up-sell and cross-sell opportunitiesOwns extensive client communication, strategic planning and troubleshooting account complications to promote client satisfaction; develops and improves executive level relationships within named account(s)Excellent telephone, email and in-person communication skills with the ability to work independently to find new accountsPromotes the AdTheorent client relationship by providing thought leadership and consultation on aligning client business needs to products, solutions and services offeredCreates value and differentiates our services/products from competitorsDrives contract negotiations for business in support of new sales, account growth and contract renewalsOwns revenue forecasting (via Salesforce.com) and ensures accuracy of sales entriesLead and organize client team-building activitiesRequirements
Bachelor's degree from accredited 4-year institution5+ years of digital media experience5+ years of experience selling to West Coast brand direct and agency clients (tier 2, tier 3, boutique, mid-size + independent agencies)Proven performance selling programmatic - both Managed and Self-ServiceStrong relationships with West Coast agenciesA proven performer that can hit the ground running and make an impact quicklyImportant to have a strong rolodexPolished sales, presentation and communication skillsExceptional team player, interested in working as part of a highly coordinated, focused organizationAttention to delivering the highest level of sales and operational customer serviceSelf-motivated, detail oriented and results driven personality
Benefits

The base range provided is AdTheorent's current assessment for this role. The confirmed salary will be commensurate with experience, education, skills, and other factors. This is subject to change, but will be no less than the minimum stated. We encourage all to apply, as applicants will be assessed on an individual basis.
