Dentons US LLP is currently recruiting for a Legal Administrative Assistant for our Denver office. This position will provide administrative support to primarily Government Contracts and Litigation lawyers in a highly collaborative working environment. This is a hybrid position.Responsibilities

Responsible for document preparation, editing, and document managementProofread client materials, working with the document author to provide suggested editsPerform file maintenance working with the file management systemWork with Billing Coordinator to ensure accuracy with client billingCooperate with the Client Services Manager to assist with outstanding invoices and account receivablesCollaborate with timekeepers, proofread, input and/or verify billable time entryComplete electronic court filingsReview and process incoming/outgoing mailMaintain client contact, in-person and over the phoneBook and organize travel arrangements and reimbursementsHandle administrative confidential/sensitive firm and/or client informationThese duties may be ongoing or ad-hoc in natureOther duties as may be assigned to fully meet the requirements for this positionQualifications

The ideal candidate will possess 5-10+ years of Litigation and/or Transactional experience in a mid to large sized law firm and be proficient in legal secretarial and administrative tasks including, but not limited to, document preparation, proofreading, filing, time entry, expenses, telephone contact, travel arrangements, and calendar maintenanceMust be familiar with local court rulesExceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize, work independently, and multi-task a must, and possess the ability to work in a high-volume environmentThe ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills and excellent client serviceQualified candidates must be proficient in MS Word, Outlook (including utilization of styles and pleading to format documents), Excel, and PowerPoint; must exhibit strong typing skills and have the ability to learn and quickly become proficient in new computer software programsCandidates should possess excellent written and oral communication and solid organizational skillsCandidates should also be detail-oriented, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, have the ability to prioritize incoming/outgoing tasks, and work effectively independently, and within a teamAvailability for overtime is requiredDenver Only: $65,000 - $80,000 DOEDentons US LLP offers a competitive salary and benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, profit sharing, short-term/long-term disability, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, paid holidays and discretionary bonuses.Dentons US LLP is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
