The attorney will handle a caseload from inception through trial or settlement, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of representation and compensation.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct initial case assessments and investigations to determine legal viability.
  2. Manage a caseload of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, product liability, and medical malpractice.
  3. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
  4. Conduct and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.
  5. Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on case progress and advising on legal strategies.
  6. Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
  7. Prepare for and represent clients in court proceedings, including trials and arbitrations.
  8. Collaborate with support staff, experts, and co-counsel to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
  9. Stay current with developments in personal injury law and litigation strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to practice law in CO.
  • 3+ years of experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation.
  • Proven track record of successful outcomes in personal injury cases.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Trial experience preferred but not required.
