Are you an experienced Manufacturing Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in a dynamic environment? We are a leading company in the manufacturing industry seeking a dedicated and skilled Manufacturing Manager to join our team. Responsibilities:

As a Manufacturing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring that it runs reliably and efficiently. This includes:

1. Directing and coordinating daily operations of the manufacturing plant.
2. Developing and implementing process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
3. Ensuring that quality control inspections are carried out accurately and consistently.
4. Using measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, indicators, comparators, and C.M.M to ensure product specifications are met.
5. Managing and adhering to the departmental budget, including forecasting and planning.
6. Training, supervising, and evaluating staff, promoting a positive work environment.
7. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
8. Communicating effectively with team members and upper management, providing regular updates on production activities and progress.
9. Solving problems that arise during production, implementing corrective actions as necessary.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing management role.
2. Proficiency in using micrometers, calipers, indicators, comparators, and C.M.M.
3. Proven experience with budgeting and financial planning.
4. Strong knowledge of quality control inspections and procedures.
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
6. The ability to communicate effectively in both Spanish and English.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
8. A bachelor's degree in engineering, business management, or a related field is preferred.
