Salary: $135,000 - $175,000 per year

Primary Care Medical Director:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nurse Practitioner and/or Physician Assistant Medical Director experience to oversee our dynamic team of Providers. The Medical Director will oversee the Primary Care Department including Family Medicine, Internal Medicine and Pediatrics ensuring high quality patient care while meeting the organizational goals. Th Medical Director will report to and work closely with the Chief Clinical Officer.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for hiring, recruiting and training Providers
• Ongoing performance evaluations
• Collaborates with the Chief Clinical Officer & HR Department to promote strong patient satisfaction and employee satisfaction
• Champion key initiatives to executive team
• Ensure adequate staffing and productivity of team
• Maintain quality and regulatory compliance
• Provide ongoing education and training
• Support cross functional teams

Qualifications:

• Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of Massachusetts
• Prefer 10 years related clinical experience in Primary Care, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine
• Prefer 2 or more years progressive leadership experience as a Lead Provider, Supervisor, Coordinator, or equivalent
• Experience in a Community Health Center / Outpatient Clinic or Ambulatory setting preferred
• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Bilingual Spanish and/or Portuguese Preferred
