Job Details:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance team and ensuring that all machinery and equipment in the manufacturing plant are functioning optimally. The role demands a high level of technical expertise, a keen eye for detail, and exceptional leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team to ensure all equipment and machinery are in excellent working condition.
2. Develop and implement preventive maintenance procedures to minimize downtime and boost productivity.
3. Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical issues related to Numatics and Hydraulics systems.
4. Interpret and understand technical manuals to guide equipment installation, repair, and maintenance.
5. Conduct regular inspections to identify and rectify potential problems before they escalate.
6. Train and mentor maintenance staff to enhance their technical skills and productivity.
7. Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and achieve organizational objectives.
8. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
9. Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
10. Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work for future reference.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a supervisory role in the manufacturing industry.
2. Proven expertise in Numatics and Hydraulics systems.
3. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a knack for troubleshooting complex mechanical issues.
4. Ability to understand and interpret technical manuals.
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of leading high-performing teams.
6. Proficiency in using maintenance tools and equipment.
7. Strong knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in the manufacturing industry.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments.
9. A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
10. Certification in Industrial Maintenance or a related field is a plus.
