Job Details

As a Personal Injury Attorney, your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Representing clients who have experienced personal injury, ensuring they receive fair and just compensation.
  2. Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts and other legal documents related to personal injury cases.
  3. Providing litigation support, including preparing for and attending trials, depositions, and mediations.
  4. Conducting thorough and detailed investigations to gather all necessary facts and evidence for each case.
  5. Communicating effectively with clients, opposing counsel, judicial officers, and team members.
  6. Staying up-to-date with the latest legal trends, regulations, and court decisions impacting personal injury law.
  7. Developing and implementing case strategies in line with client goals and legal requirements.

To be considered for the Personal Injury Attorney position, you must possess the following:

  1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  2. A minimum of five years of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney.
  3. Current license to practice law in the state.
  4. Proven experience in contract review, negotiation, and litigation support.
  5. Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically.
  6. Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to resolve disputes effectively.
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  8. High ethical standards and professional integrity.
  9. Ability to manage a large caseload and work under pressure.
  10. Demonstrated commitment to client service and a track record of achieving positive outcomes for clients.
