The Primary Care Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population. Responsible for performing physical exams, preventative health measures, and assessment of complex chronic disease management. In addition the Nurse Practitioner is responsible for the following:
- Will treat full lifespan of patients
- Order labs, diagnostic tests, and administer medication
- Educate patients and family members on their health issues and instruct patients on medication and treatment plans
- Maintains and reviews patient’s records / charts
Qualifications:
- Active MA Nurse Practitioner License
- Experience providing care to patients of all ages
- 3+ years related experience
- Primary Care, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Ambulatory/Outpatient experience preferred
