1. Oversee the planning and execution of a portfolio of engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
2. Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring all team members are aligned and working towards common goals.
3. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
4. Manage project schedules, identifying potential issues and developing contingency plans to mitigate risks.
5. Oversee budget management, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and costs are controlled.
6. Drive product development initiatives, working closely with the engineering team to bring innovative products to market.
7. Leverage your knowledge of the manufacturing and aerospace industries to guide decision-making and strategy.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the role of Senior Program Manager, candidates must have:

1. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within the engineering industry.
2. Proven experience in scheduling, cost management, and operations management.
3. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic planning initiatives.
4. Strong knowledge of the manufacturing and aerospace industries, as well as product development.
5. Exceptional budget management and project scheduling skills.
6. A results-driven mindset, with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
7. Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
8. A degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
