Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per year

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians in the design and construction of transportation infrastructure projects.
- Use your expertise in DOT, CAD, design grading, and technical project management to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Coordinate with other departments, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
- Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and regulations related to transportation engineering.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. A Master's degree or Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on transportation projects.
- Proven expertise in DOT, CAD, design grading, budgeting, and technical project management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using engineering software and tools.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to transportation engineering.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
