Our company, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a skilled and experienced Tool and Die Maker to join our team. This is a permanent position where you will be a key player in our production process. We are looking for a professional who is passionate about their craft, has a keen eye for detail, and is dedicated to maintaining the highest level of quality in their work.

Responsibilities

As a Tool and Die Maker, you will be responsible for the following:

• Designing, fabricating, and repairing tooling, fixtures, and other components used in the manufacturing process.
• Operating and maintaining CNC machines, ensuring they are set up correctly and functioning optimally.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working order and meet all safety standards.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with tools and dies, and making necessary adjustments or repairs.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Tool and Die Maker position should possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Tool and Die Maker in the manufacturing industry.
• Extensive knowledge of and experience with CNC machine operation and setup.
• Proficiency in metalworking, with a strong understanding of the properties of various metals and how they are used in tool and die making.
