Job Details:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to join our dynamic legal team. This is a permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of personal injury cases, from pre-litigation through to resolution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law, with a proven track record of managing cases effectively and efficiently. The successful candidate will be tasked with handling all aspects of personal injury cases, including client intake, claim filing, negotiation, and settlement. This role requires a proactive professional who is adept at legal research, legal writing, and plaintiff representation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from start to finish, including pre-litigation, negotiation, settlement, and litigation, if necessary.
• Conduct comprehensive case evaluations to determine the validity of a claim and devise a strategic approach for resolution.
• Coordinate with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other relevant parties to gather necessary information and documentation.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Advocate for the rights of our clients, ensuring they receive fair compensation for their injuries.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed of case progress and addressing their questions or concerns.
• Ensure all case files and related information are accurately recorded and updated in the case management system.
• Collaborate with attorneys and other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient case management process.
• Stay updated on changes in personal injury laws and regulations, applying this knowledge to current and future cases.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager or similar role in the legal industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field. A paralegal certificate is a plus.
• Extensive knowledge of personal injury law and procedures, including pre-litigation and litigation processes.
• Proven experience in legal research and writing, with a strong ability to draft and review legal documents.
• Exceptional negotiation skills, with a track record of securing favorable settlements for clients.
• Proficiency in case management software and other legal technology tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
• Licensed to practice law in the state, if applicable.
