Salary: $32 - $42 per hour

We're seeking an experience Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations for our Denver plant. This is a M-F, 8am-4:30pm position.

Job Details:

We are seeking a passionate, skilled, and dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent day shift role in our fast-paced manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the maintenance team, ensuring that all machinery and equipment are in optimal working condition, and championing safety practices within the organization. We are looking for someone who thrives in a challenging environment and is committed to excellence in every aspect of their work.

Responsibilities:

As a Maintenance Supervisor, your duties will include but are not limited to:

1. Supervising and coordinating the activities of the maintenance team to ensure all machinery and equipment are operating efficiently and safely.
2. Reading and interpreting electrical schematics and technical drawings.
3. Troubleshooting and repairing AC inverters, programmable logic controllers, and other electrical controls.
4. Conducting preventive maintenance and inspections on machinery and equipment.
5. Overseeing the fabrication process to ensure it aligns with our quality standards.
6. Responding to emergency maintenance requests as required.
7. Training and mentoring maintenance staff on new equipment and systems.
8. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
9. Collaborating with the operations team to schedule maintenance activities without disrupting production.

Qualifications:

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance supervisory role in a manufacturing environment.
2. Extensive knowledge of electrical schematics, AC inverters, programmable logic controllers.
3. Proven experience in electrical troubleshooting, pneumatics, and mechanical maintenance.
4. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and fabrication.
5. Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
6. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9. A strong commitment to safety and quality.
10. Ability to work on a permanent day shift schedule.
