Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 per year

If so, we want to hear from you! We are seeking a Permanent Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry to join our ambitious team. As a Permanent Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and delivery of construction projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety standards and regulations. Your day-to-day duties will include:

1. Managing all aspects of project planning, execution, and closure, including defining project scope, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing progress.
2. Developing comprehensive project schedules to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
3. Coordinating and directing construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring they understand expectations and work to the project schedule.
4. Reviewing the project in-depth to determine necessary resources (workforce, materials, etc.)
5. Ensuring adherence to all health and safety standards, and reporting issues.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the Permanent Project Manager role, you will need the following:

1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a project management role within the construction industry.
3. Proven track record of delivering large-scale construction projects on time and on budget.
4. Exceptional knowledge of construction procedures, material, and project management principles.
5. Proficiency in project management software tools.
